·         Manage process quality team

·         APQP(PPAP) activity for new projects/products

·         Quality assessment in project phase

·         Change management in product life cycle

·         Lead/support failure investigation(internal and external) and resolve customer quality complaints, on time and on quality

·         Product audit planning & OPL follow up

·         Support process audit in plant

·         Disposition of non-conforming product (Concession and Block/unblock)

·         Process quality CIP,drive for internal issue resolving and quality improvement

·         Plant to plant quality coordination

·         Safe launch control

·         Quality tools and method implementation

·         Coordinate/support customer audit in plant

·         Support compliance with ISO/TS 16949 requirements

·         Support activities to meet plant and departmental goals and objectives

·         Drive for 0 defects

Qualifications

·         Degree/diploma in engineering

·         Min 5 years quality experience in a manufacturing company

·         Experience in leader position

·         QS-9000/ISO-TS-16949 experience, FMEA, Control plan, problem solving

·         Advanced English
