Key Responsibilities:

Devising
and implementing the company’s sales strategy that successfully achieve
business objectives with marketing support;

Setting
revenue targets for the company and setting OKRs.

Meeting
with the sales team on a regular basis to assess company performance
against KPI’s, managing, coaching and training team; providing methods
& know-how;
overseeing performance management of under-performing sales staff.

Presenting
sales results to the top management on a monthly & quarterly basis.
-
Implementing
sales plan and monitoring effectiveness.
-
Keeping
a close eye on the sales activities of competitors and utilising ideas
where appropriate.
-
Working
closely with the accounts management team in order to secure large
accounts, develop in the target industry.

Implementing
a variety of new business initiatives to drive sales.
-
Working
with members of the top management on budgeting and planning.
-
Negotiating
agreements for contracts with customers and ensuring commerciality.
-
Implementing
an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking process.
-
Ensuring
the CRM is being used effectively and provides a competitive advantage.

Build and refresh relative policy and process of department ( new
customer development, quotation success rate, cost monitoring etc.)

Maximizing company profits &
forecasting future company sales

Implementing
best practice in sales techniques throughout the department.

Collaborate
closely with HQ team for European based customer development

Continuously optimize sales strategy through analysis customer’s
requirements, market trend, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses;
Key requirements:
1. Master degree, major in
business administration is preferred
2. Proven track record of achieving sales growth and
delivery of results to business plans; 10 years+ sales related experience in
new business development in Electronic industry, and at least 5 years’
experience in a sales management position
3. Strong leadership and aggressive to drive business
growth, natural leader with an ability to inspire performance with sales teams.
4. Strong business negotiation ability and
presentations skills
5. Strong analyzing skills to write reports and
problem solving
6. Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach
to business development
7. Fluent English in oral and written.
