Responsibilities:
1. Establish and optimize effective Supply Chain Management System and process according to the company's strategy
2. Lead and develop Supply Chain strategy to support business strategy in a stable cost-efficient manner
3. Responsible for Supply Chain team general management, including sourcing, Buyer, SQE, Logistic & Warehouse
4. Ensure and enforce quality assurance procedures and process fit into supply chain management
5. Maintaining the order flow of all products and managing the customer delivery chain
6. Organize, manager and maintain the proper storage of materials in warehouse locations
7. Customer PO delivery commit, material lead time optimization
8. Excess and obsolete inventory management, claim with customer and make disposition with cross function
9. Ensures a high degree of customer satisfaction is always maintained, and keeps good relationships with CFT supporting functions
10. Ensure Lean Concepts are always used in day to daily execution
11. Managing the sourcing, tracking and reception of products and materials
12. Reasonably prepared the budget of supply chain department, regularly analyzed the use of expenses, and realized dynamic management and monitoring
13. Continuously optimize the supply chain system and process, improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
14. Regularly provide supply chain related data and reports to management
15. Other tasks by supervisor assigned
Job requirements:
1. Master degree, major in supply chain management
2. More than 10 years supply chain experience in electronic industry, with 5 years in supply chain management, rich experience in procurement and logistics management field
4. Good strategy mindset and overall outlook
5. Strong analysis and problem resolving capability
6. Good communication and negotiate skills
7. Good interpersonal skill and team work
8. Result-oriented with strong leadership and able to work under pressure;
9. Excellent English skill in oral and writing.
