2. 10+ years’ experience in automotive electronic manufacturing industries.
3. 5+ years in managerial position, good leadership.
4. Have a strong automotive industry background, know how to run automotive projects.
5. Knowledge in lean manufacturing.
6. Good command of English. Excellent communication and presentation skill.
7. Self-motivated, able to lead Multi-functional team (CFT), strong responsibility & result oriented.
1. Manages BU operations activities based on customer demand to meet customer requirements on delivery and quality.
2. Manage BU operations in accordance with company policies by motivating, planning and directing work, managing performance and resolving employee issues to achieve assigned performance and financial targets.
3. Monitor BU operation KPIs in order to identify and correct improper trends.
4. Coordinates BU operational activities with other functional groups such as Sales, Sourcing, and Industry development.
5. Selects and develops employees to achieve targeted performance and retain key talents.
6. Assists in the development of the BU strategic plan.
7. Forecasts BU operating costs of organization and directs preparation of budget requests.
8. Review and establishes material, equipment, and manpower resource requirements.
9. Controls capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor.
10. Drive continuous improvement on manufacturing cost and the relative production & test technology to ensure they are align with the industry development.
11. Confers with the corporate BU to determine manufacturing feasibility, cost effectiveness, and customer demand for new and existing products.
12. Maintain healthy relationship with customers.
